I do like that it does keep the dog cool. The difficulty is after you wet it and then stick it in the freezer, is unfolding it so you can put it back on your dog. Plus it make my little dog shiver when I first put it on her. But once we got outside in the heat, we live in Florida, she was happy to have it as she's only 4 in off the ground.My corgi HATES wearing any type of clothing/coverup/etc., but I know he is happy when he stays cool while we are outside! I normally put this on and then his harness on top so it can all stay in place. And if it starts to dry, we just add more water to it and he is good to go! So while my dog hates it at the beginning, he loves it when we are out and about!These are super cute on my beagel, i did size up alittle since he is still growing and i love them i first anitially bought them to keep him cool int the summer since he loves to lay in the sun, but the grass breaks him out but now i love them for his anxiety as well it instantly calms him down the minuete i put them on him!!!True its sizeThese are great! I put a little bit of water on the shirts, put in ziploc. and then put them in the freezer for easy grabbing. I was SOO WORRIED that this guy would overheat on the boat. He was just about to overheat before even getting onto the boat! Once we got on the boat, I let him jump in the water, then put one of the frozen shirts on him. They do dry out fairly quickly, but I bring both with me just in case and keep them in the cooler to stay cold. Or I pour cold water on it from the cooler.They are seriously a life saver for these brachycephalic dogs!He is about 30-32 pounds.
