I will NOT be using this product. It is going back to whatever disingenuous fraud factory perpetrated its existence upon my household. Notice how my pictures look NOTHING like the product pictures? That's because they aren't. As shown by the compression accomplished with one hand in my third photo, this absolute rip-off couldn't adequately support one of my cats, much less any normal-sized human seeking comfort for reading or sitting up in bed. Great idea! Absolute failure to deliver on that idea in any form! Amazon should, in my opinion, immediately suspend any further business arrangement with these absolute scheisters.This product did not come out of the box looking anything like the picture on Amazon. There is absolutely no back support and there is no more stuffing than in a regular pillow. This borders on false advertising. It was really a shame because its a great idea for back support in bed. I was going to return it but the zipper to the bag it came in broke of as I was trying to get it back in the bag. Very disappointing.Very disappointed. Would have been ok if they had put enough padding in it.Was not fluffy and it came torn at the seams.I was really looking forward to this mainly to help ease the strain on my lower back while watching TV/sitting back in bed. Unfortunately this is not firm/supportive AT ALL and doesn't hold any kind of shape, much less hold you upright. It has the same thickness/consistency of a regular cotton pillow. It's very soft but doesn't have a removable/washable cover. It would also be nice if in addition to the handle, if it had a velcro closure (when folded) for transportation. This could definitely be great with the right stuffing (dense memory foam?) and boning in the seams for structure. I'm so disappointed, I guess I'm just going to throw a pillowcase on this and use it as such.I bought this pillow for my mom to use while she recovers from knee surgery. The pillow comes in a very flat package. It's actually hard to believe that such a soft, plush pillow could come in such a flat package, but it does! I ordered the blue pillow and it's very comfortable and also comes with a handle so you can easily transport it.....once you bring it out of the package you can plump it up and get it to it's plush shape. It's been extremely convenient for my mom to use as she gets extra back support while "resting".
